ZINA is a non-profit making body, which governs, controls and regulates Netball activities in Zimbabwe. It is made up of an elected seven member executive namely the President, Vice President, Secretary General, Treasurer, two Organising Secretaries (one for the Northern Region and Southern Region), and Fixture Secretary which does the day to day administration of the Association and a Council of its affiliates and is guided by its constitution.
